General Terms and Conditions for Purchasers of Online Educational Materials, The Phimosis Guide

Effective from: May 20, 2025, until revoked.

This agreement is concluded between the Service Provider (Novák Online Kft.) and the User (the person using the service)—hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Contracting Parties”—when the User completes the form for ordering an online video available at foreskin101.com or any of their subpages, accepts the GTC linked on this page, and clicks the “Buy” button. The formation of the contract consists of two steps: first, reviewing the terms set out in the GTC; and second, completing the registration and payment interface and accepting the GTC, as well as the privacy policy and data management notice.

By paying for any service, educational content, article, or video on any subpage of foreskin101.com you automatically accept the terms below. By completing the payment for the service, you also fully accept the terms below even if you have not read this notice in full.

The Service Provider only enters into contracts with individuals over the age of 18. The purpose of the agreement is to grant the User access to online educational materials (hereinafter referred to as “Educational Service”) for a specified period. Use of the Educational Service does not entitle the User to future discounts on services provided by Novák Medical Kft., nor does it entitle them to personal or online (e.g., by email) medical consultations or prescription issuance. The video included in the Educational Service can only be viewed after payment and only by the individual who made the payment. The Educational Service is a one-time purchase and provides access to the video for 3 months from the time of purchase. Downloading the video or recording it in any form is strictly prohibited (see: content usage).

This agreement constitutes the entire agreement regarding the Educational Service and supersedes and invalidates all previous written or verbal agreements. The parties are subject to the relevant provisions of the Hungarian Civil Code (Ptk.) and other applicable Hungarian laws. The country of performance for the contract is Hungary, which is also acknowledged by the Contracting Parties.

By accepting this agreement, the User declares that they are of legal age, have full legal capacity, and are not restricted in their ability to enter into a contract.

Definitions

GTC: These General Terms and Conditions

Service Provider: The above-named company providing the Service under this GTC.

Educational Service: Access to specific online educational materials, videos, or articles for a limited time for one individual after payment.

Visitor: A person browsing the Website or exploring the online booking system.

User: A natural person of legal age and legal capacity who purchases the Educational Service on the Service Provider’s website, agrees to pay the required fee, completes the payment, and subsequently is entitled to access the Educational Service.

Website: The website operated by the Service Provider through which users can obtain information about the Educational Service.

Distance Contract: A contract concluded between the User and the Service Provider through the Website (by booking and accepting the GTC and making the payment).

The Service Provider assumes no responsibility for any damages resulting from the use of the informational materials, summaries, articles, or videos provided in the scope of the Educational Service—including inaccuracies, outdated or incorrect information.

All content available after payment—including articles, images, and videos—is protected by copyright law. These materials may not be copied, reproduced, altered, adapted, modified, or redistributed in any form. All such content is the exclusive intellectual property of Dr. Hunor Novák.

The website foreskin101.com retain all rights regarding the reproduction, distribution, or modification of any portion of their content. Without prior written consent via email from Dr. Hunor Novák, it is strictly prohibited to reproduce, use, transmit, duplicate, distribute, or sell any part or all of the website content—including videos, images, text, tables, graphic elements, or structure.

Images that appear on the site and are legally purchased from stock photo agencies are also protected by copyright. These must not be modified or used for personal, commercial, or any other purposes, nor may they be transmitted, reused, or stored.

It is strictly prohibited to publicly share, reproduce, copy, or distribute—either in part or in full—any content found on the domains foreskin101.com and , outside of personal use. It is also prohibited to mirror, redistribute, forward, or share such content with third parties, even in unchanged form or with source attribution, without explicit prior written consent.

Access credentials or content must not be shared with others, whether for free or for payment, nor may they be rented or loaned.

Content Usage

It is strictly forbidden to copy, forward, transmit, or disclose—whether via email, on another platform, or on a Facebook wall or group—any images, videos, articles, comments, or other content available on the website after payment. Such content is strictly protected by copyright. Unauthorized use may result in both civil and criminal consequences, including claims for damages. In the event of a violation, the User agrees to pay a contractual penalty of 1,000,000 HUF. Please respect my work!

Payment Method

Access to the Educational Service can only be purchased via the dedicated interface using credit or debit card payment, which is a one-time, non-recurring transaction.

By proceeding with the payment, you agree to provide a valid email address. You are responsible for any consequences arising from entering an incorrect email. By paying, the User declares that the credit card details provided are correct and that they are authorized to use the card. A confirmation email, invoice, and login credentials will be sent to the provided email address.

The User is responsible for keeping their login information—especially their password—confidential. If unauthorized access (or suspicion thereof) occurs, the User must change their password and notify the Service Provider immediately.

Installment payment is not available. By clicking the “Continue to Payment” button at the bottom of the form, you agree to complete the transaction.

Payments are processed through a highly secure, encrypted channel independent of foreskin101.com , via the Stripe platform. Your card data is entirely secure; foreskin101.com neither receives nor stores your card details.

You acknowledge that Novák Online Kft. (registered office: 2045 Törökbálint, Munkácsy Mihály utca 85) will transfer the following personal data stored in the user database of www.salesautopilot.hu to Stripe, acting as the data processor. The data transferred includes:

The User acknowledges that payment-related data is processed through the SalesAutopilot system. The User accepts the SalesAutopilot Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

The User also agrees that invoicing is carried out by the Számlázz.hu system, and accepts the Számlázz.hu Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.

The visitor declares that all information provided during registration is accurate and complete. By accepting this agreement, the User consents to the Service Provider beginning fulfillment of the contract immediately after it is concluded.

Payment Confirmation, Access, and Pricing

After completing the payment, the User is obligated to read and act upon the confirmation email. The Service Provider is not responsible if the email ends up in the spam folder or bounces back. If the User does not find the email, they must notify the Service Provider within 7 days by writing to info@novakhunor.hu so that the Service Provider can follow up and assist.

The Service Provider reserves the right to reject any submitted payment request without explanation, terminate access, and refund the payment to the same credit card. The affected User will be informed via the provided email address and must submit their bank account number within 72 hours for the refund, if requested by the Service Provider.

The current price can be found at https://foreskin101.com/the-foreskin-guide-landing/#packs, but it is the user’s responsibility to verify the price on the Stripe payment page before providing their credit card information. The Service Provider reserves the right to apply discounted pricing when deemed appropriate.

Invoicing

After payment, the User will receive the receipt or invoice (as selected) via email in the form of a link, generated through the Számlázz.hu system. The User accepts that the receipt/invoice is issued by Novák Online Kft with VAT. The User expressly agrees to receive an electronic receipt/invoice. The receipt/invoice is legally valid without signature or stamp and complies with Section 165 (1)(b) and Section 165/A (2) of the Hungarian VAT Act (Act CXXVII of 2007).

Service Provider’s Rights and Liability

The Service Provider has the right to suspend the User’s contractual rights and restrict future access to the Service if:

The User violates any provision of this Terms of Service (TOS), particularly behavioral obligations expected of them; or
A conflict arises between the User and the Service Provider, either during or outside the course of previous service use, which, in the Service Provider’s judgment, prevents the maintenance of the professional relationship required for successful service delivery.

In such cases, the Service Provider may revoke the User’s access and refund the payment.

The Service Provider disclaims all liability for damages related to the fulfillment of the contract, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

Other Provisions

Once the payment is made, no refunds will be issued; the contract is considered fulfilled. The Service Provider disclaims all liability for damages in connection with the contract to the fullest extent allowed by law.

If a full exclusion of liability is not possible, the Service Provider limits its liability to the total amount of the service fee paid by the User.

All contracts and orders concluded between the Parties shall be governed by Hungarian law, and any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of Hungarian courts.

The language of the contract is English.

Dispute Resolution

The Parties are obliged to attempt to resolve any disputes arising from this Agreement primarily through mutual consultation.

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is deemed invalid or becomes invalid for any reason, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.

Right of Withdrawal and Termination Rules

As this agreement qualifies as a contract concluded between distant parties, the User, as a consumer, cannot exercise the right of withdrawal provided by Government Decree 45/2014 (II. 26.), Section 29, once the full performance of the Educational Service has been completed.

The User acknowledges that performance of the service begins with their express prior consent, and they lose their right to withdraw once the service has been fully provided.

If the User behaves in a way that justifies extraordinary termination during use of the Educational Service, the Service Provider will notify the User of this fact and send a related email to the User.

The Contract may be terminated at any time by mutual agreement of the Parties, or it shall terminate upon the dissolution without legal successor or death of either Party.

Deletion of User Access

Users may request deletion of their website registration by emailing info@novakhunor.hu, including their username, email address, and payment date.

Annex 1 – Declaration Template for Deleting User Access (only fill and return if you wish to have your registration deleted):

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

By using the website and by purchasing or accessing services and digital products, the user expressly acknowledges and accepts that any legal relationship, dispute, claim, demand, or legal proceeding arising from or related to these General Terms and Conditions shall be governed exclusively by Hungarian law, excluding the conflict-of-law rules of private international law.

The user acknowledges and expressly agrees that any legal proceedings arising from these General Terms and Conditions, the use of the website, or any dispute related to the services and products shall fall exclusively under the jurisdiction of the Hungarian courts, primarily the court competent at the Service Provider’s registered seat. By using the service, the user irrevocably submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Hungarian courts and waives any right or objection regarding jurisdiction, venue, or forum in favor of any court of another country.

Amendment Rights

Novák Online Kft., operating under the domains foreskin101.com, reserves the right to unilaterally amend the privacy policy, terms of use, copyright policy, and Terms and Conditions (T&C) without prior notification or consent from affected users.

Any proposed amendment to the T&C will be published on the website 15 days prior to its effective date.

The Service Provider may amend the T&C unilaterally in order to inform Users about important or necessary changes to improve or expand the Services.

By using or browsing the website, Users are deemed to have fully accepted these provisions.

The Service Provider may modify the T&C at any time in writing by publishing the current version on the Website. In the event of a substantive change, the Service Provider will inform Users via the Website and also by email to the provided email address.

The User agrees that by continuing to use the Service after modification of the T&C, they accept the updated version as legally binding.
